Presented by Xfinity, a refreshing Saturday morning yoga class is held at the BARBOX at Aspen Grove every Saturday at 8:00 a.m. through September 28, weather permitting. , hosted by CorePower Yoga Littleton, offers attendees a free 50-minute class to rejuvenate their minds, bodies, and spirits in a scenic outdoor setting. This weekly series promotes physical wellness and provides a social, enjoyable experience. The class is free, but registration is required. Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early, bring their yoga mats, wear sunscreen, and bring water. The event is open to everyone, regardless of skill level.
