The second annual High Line Canal Summer Scamper, a community event scheduled for the evening of June 26 at Bible Park in Denver, invites participants of all ages to engage in a variety of activities. The event kicks off with a free 200m Ditch Dash designed for children aged 8 and under, followed by the main 5K run, walk, or stroll along the scenic Canal. Participants are encouraged to enjoy the race with smiles, culminating in a lively Canal Summer Fest featuring food, beverages, live music, and nature-themed entertainment suitable for everyone. Hosted by the High Line Canal Conservancy, the event supports efforts to preserve and enhance the 71-mile High Line Canal, inviting families and friends to join in and contribute to its long-term sustainability.
