On the first and third Saturday of every month, kids and their caregivers can gather for a thrilling tale featuring our heroic friends in firefighting—no, you won't need to put on a helmet unless that's your thing. After the story, get ready to unleash your inner Picasso with a fun craft activity that's sure to ignite some creativity.

Registration is as easy as pie, either on the museum's website or by giving them a ring. It'll cost you $15 for each little firefighter, ages 3 and up, which covers both the program and a ticket to explore the museum. But don't sweat it, grown-ups and seniors can tag along for free with a museum ticket, which is $9 for adults and $8 for seniors. So gather the fam, grab your favorite snacks, and prepare for a splendidly entertaining combination of stories, crafts, and a bit of learning—just don't let the kids set anything on fire.
