If you're looking for a low key way to fill May 27 2026 you could wander over to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science for their Summer Preview Days. Doors open at 9 AM and inside you will find interactive science labs dinosaur exhibits space shows and plenty of hands on STEM activities that seem aimed at both kids and the grown ups who are really just there for the dinosaurs too.

Entry usually lands somewhere between 19 and 25 dollars for adults and 14 to 19 for youth with the planetarium shows rolled into the ticket price. It is the sort of outing where you might accidentally learn something while trying to keep the small humans from launching model rockets at each other.
