The Colorado Rockies are shaking off the winter rust with spring training on March 15, 2026, at Salt River Fields in Scottsdale, Arizona. Its a trek from Denver, but plenty of folks from the Centennial State treat it like an excuse for a sun-soaked road trip, swapping snowy commutes for palm trees and peanuts.

Picture laid-back afternoons in the stands, maybe snagging an autograph if the players are feeling generous, and all the timeless baseball rituals that make you forget its just practice. No pressure, just bats cracking and that faint whiff of hopeful optimism before the real season starts.
